Had to go back with phone as there were problems and have had no satisfaction as the screen was cracked but battery and something else in phone isn't working. Some staff members told us that they could not do anything about it as it's personal damage. Took the phone to get fixed and went back over to the shop and again refused to take the phone and have a look at it as someone else had fixed the screen. I will never be shopping in this shop again and will be telling family and friends the same thing
